Completely waterproof and ideal in all temperatures. Like all bags in our Ocean-X series, the PannierPack 16+ keeps your gear dry, even in the most torrential rain, without any cover. The secret? Our double-layer Hydracore system with waterproof lining. Durable, the outer layer also features convenient attachment points for carrying extra gear. In addition, the multi-layer Oceanweave Ocean-X material is made from recovered and recycled fishing nets to help protect the world's oceans and marine wildlife.
