Through an exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we’ve shared our helmet CAD designs and studied the pliable skulls of young children with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Because children's heads are softer and still growing, the use of low-density foam—and more of it—is the result of this partnership.

DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION: Derived from our KTH and Mips partnership, the Shuffle 2 LED has increased the amount of low-density foam inside by 18%, only increasing the helmet's overall size by 5%.

COMFORT: The Shuffle 2 LED may incorporate the latest and greatest technology, but that only matters when the helmet is worn correctly. That’s why the Shuffle 2 LED features a kid-specific fit and our SX helmet fit system, to help keep it properly fitted and comfortable, every time it’s worn. The easy-to-use Tri-Fix web splitter makes getting a “fuss-free” fit incredibly simple, all adding up to a helmet they’ll be asking to wear.

LED LIGHT: The Shuffle 2 LED is equipped with an integrated LED tail light for increased visibility. The LED tail light seamlessly integrates into the helmet's design, allowing kids to relish the joy of discovery while parents are assured their child is always within sight.

UNLEASH THEIR IMAGINATION: On the outside, the Shuffle 2 LED comes in energetic colors that will inspire fun and creativity in adventure-hungry children. The included sticker pack offers a retro vibe with a modern twist featuring bright graphics and lettering for even more customization.
