The Specialized Mio 2 is a cycling helmet designed specifically for toddlers. Developed in partnership with the KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Mips, it offers protection adapted to the developing skulls of children from 1 year old, with a hassle-free fit and colors that make them want to wear it every day.
Protection and Technology
- Mips System: reduces rotational forces transmitted to the brain during oblique impacts.
- 16.5% increased low-density foam: a result of the KTH/Mips partnership, designed for the soft skulls of toddlers, with only a 2.5% increase in overall size.
- Molded shell: increased durability and reduced weight.
- CPSC Certified: complies with the American safety standard for bicycle helmets from 1 year old.
