Through an exclusive collaboration with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we shared our helmet CAD designs and conducted research on soft young children's skulls using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Due to toddlers' softer, developing heads, the use of lower density foam – and in greater quantities – was the result of this collaboration.

DATA-DRIVEN INNOVATION: Arising from our partnership with KTH and Mips, the Mio 2 has increased the amount of low-density foam inside by 16.5%, while only increasing the overall helmet size by 2.5%.

COMFORT: While the Mio 2 boasts cutting-edge technology, its effectiveness relies on a proper fit. That's why the Mio 2 features a toddler-specific size and our SX helmet fit system, ensuring it stays snug and comfortable when worn. The user-friendly Tri-Fix web splitter simplifies achieving a hassle-free fit, culminating in a helmet they'll eagerly wear.

UNLEASH THEIR IMAGINATION: On the exterior, the Mio 2 showcases vibrant colors designed to ignite excitement and creativity in young adventurers. The included sticker pack offers a retro-modern fusion with lively graphics and lettering for additional personalization. After all, getting our young riders excited to don their helmet daily is our primary goal.
