Seasonal Rental Policy – Skis and Snowboards
Rental Duration
The seasonal rental is valid until October 1st, 2026. You can make your rental with or without an appointment directly at the store.
Rental Conditions
To rent equipment, you MUST present:
- A valid photo ID with address;
- A credit card in the same name.
A credit card imprint is required for all rentals to guarantee the return of the equipment. If you do not have a credit card, it is possible to leave a security deposit instead.
The rental price is determined by the weight and height of the renter, not by age.
Taxes are extra.
No purchase option is offered for used equipment rentals.
Equipment Return
You must return your equipment no later than October 1st following the rental season.
Example: if you rented your equipment on November 16th, 2025, you have until October 1st, 2026 to return it.
If you wish to rent the same equipment again for the following season, you can wait until fall to renew without having to return it.
However, if you lack storage space, you can return it at the end of your ski season.
⚠️ If your contract includes a purchase option, you must come pay the balance before the date indicated on your invoice.
Equipment Exchange During the Season
If your child grows or if the equipment becomes uncomfortable during the season, you can come exchange it for free at any time, subject to equipment availability.
⚠️ A $30 fee applies for any complete discipline change (e.g., replacing ski equipment with a snowboard).
In Case of Theft
Rentals are not covered against theft. In case of theft, you will have to pay an amount equivalent to the replacement value of the equipment.
However, no additional rental fees will be charged: we will provide you with new equipment for the rest of the season.
In Case of Damage
We ensure free repair or replacement of any equipment damaged due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
We recommend not using rental equipment in terrain parks, unmarked woods, or for activities such as kiting.
