SPARTAN MX Deore 12s Demo Bike

Note: this item is a demonstration (DEMO) version in very good condition.

The Spartan MX Deore 12s is an aluminum enduro bike designed to handle aggressive descents while maintaining precise and dynamic handling. This fourth generation combines 165 mm of rear travel, 170 mm up front, the Split Pivot system, and a mixed-wheel configuration to gain control on technical terrain.

Suspension and geometry

• Split Pivot system that separates acceleration and braking forces to improve traction, pedaling efficiency, and small-bump sensitivity.
• 165 mm of rear travel and 170 mm up front to maintain control in fast, rough sections.
• Trunnion-mount metric shock, compatible with a coil shock.
• Revised geometry with a higher stack, a steeper seat angle, and a head tube angle of 63.5° or 63° depending on the configuration.
• Up to four configurations thanks to flip chips.

Adjustable chainstays and mixed wheels

• Adjustable chainstays of ±7 mm: SHORT position for livelier handling or LONG for more stability at high speeds.
• Chainstay length adapted to frame size to maintain balanced handling.
• Mixed-wheel configuration with a 29-inch front wheel for traction and a 27.5-inch rear wheel for maneuverability.
• Geo-Saver Mullet Flip Chip allowing for the use of a 29-inch rear wheel without altering the geometry.

Frame and construction

• Optimum G04 6061-T6 aluminum frame made in Canada.
• Double-lip Enduro bearings and double-row bearings placed at strategic pivots for increased durability.
• Internal cable routing, BSA73 threaded bottom bracket, and three-bolt ISCG mount.
• Maximum clearance of 29 x 2.5 in. at the front and 27.5 x 2.6 in. at the rear.
• Compatibility with 28 to 34-tooth chainrings.
• Protectors on the chainstay and down tube to limit damage from impacts and debris.

SHED storage

The integrated compartment in the down tube allows you to carry an inner tube, small tools, or a snack directly in the frame, without adding a bag.
