Fine-grained transformed snow and old snow from -1°C to -22°C (30°F to -7°F).
Spray base wax before applying grip wax to ensure it doesn't wear off too quickly.
Spray base wax for fine and transformed snow. To apply, hold the bottle upside down and move it slowly along the grip zone of the ski sole on either side of the groove. The distance between the base and the bottle should be about 5 cm. Apply only a thin layer and wait a few minutes before applying grip wax suitable for the conditions. You will then have a much more durable wax layer than without base wax. Very practical for training and when you don't have an iron available.
