Body Geometry Methodology: The human body evolved to walk, not to pedal. Wearing traditional cycling shoes leads to power loss due to foot collapse, poor foot, knee and hip alignment, and hot spots. The Torch 2.0, like all Body Geometry shoes, helps solve these problems with three patented technologies: the Varus Wedge, Longitudinal Arch Support, and the Metatarsal Button. Comfort: For optimal hold, the Torch 2.0 features a premium BOA® Li2 dial with soft guides for increased comfort. In addition, its seamless and fully perforated upper eliminates internal seams that could irritate the top of the foot. This upper is also fully laser-perforated for optimal ventilation.
Confidence on foot: Wide rubber cleats on the outsole, at the toe and heel, provide a stable and grippy platform for a smooth transition from walking to your favorite coffee shop. They also give riders more confidence when pushing off the asphalt to clip in their pedals or when stopping at a red light. In short, the rubber cleats allow the shoe to grip the concrete for a feeling of stability and serenity when not clipped in.
