Description

The Butcher is synonymous with grip and versatility on all types of terrain, thanks to its high shoulder and tread lugs and its rounded profile. More aggressive than the Purgatory, it features wider side lugs and biting edges placed inward, better supporting the load in tight turns while easing and smoothing the transition to the center lugs when you lean the bike. It can be mounted on both the front and rear and provides exceptional grip, comfort, and handling on all terrains. The GRID TRAIL casing benefits from puncture and tear protection running from bead to bead. It has the same side reinforcements as the GRID casing, plus additional protection under the tread for greater stability and seating when the tire is under full load in corners, also providing an effective shield protecting the entire tire. Finally, it uses our T9 rubber compound, offering a slower rebound for even more grip. Once you try this new Butcher, you won't want anything else for downhill riding.
