The Salomon Grail snowboard is designed to make those first turns easier and support the progress of young riders. Its Super Flat profile, concave base, and BiteFree edges provide a forgiving ride that helps reduce edge catches in both all-mountain and freestyle riding.
Progression and control
- Super Flat profile: The flat shape promotes smooth spins, easy presses, and stability for learning with confidence.
- Concave base: Helps reduce edge catching to make turns simpler and more predictable.
- BiteFree edges: Their softened finish at the tips and tails limits unexpected edge catches and supports a smoother ride.
- True Twin shape: Offers a balanced ride in both regular and switch stances, ideal for all-mountain and freestyle.
- Radial sidecut: Provides a consistent and predictable feel to facilitate turn initiation.
Construction and glide
- Popster core: Its strategic machining allows for natural flex underfoot and dynamic energy transfer to the tips.
- Extruded base: Offers long-lasting glide and easy maintenance.
- BIAX LD fiberglass: Helps keep the board light, playful, and forgiving to support progression.
- ABS construction: Combines stiffness for energy transfer and dampening to absorb shocks.
- Base finishing and factory wax: Prepares the board for a consistent glide right out of the box.
- 4x2 inserts: Allow for standard binding installation.
